Built in 1930 something by my great grandparents who settled here from Croatia after the first house burned down, this has literally been in my family for generations. For the first time since the 1970′s it has full year residents, my sister and her boyfriend while she finished college at NMU (her blog- http://wwww.uponthefarm.wordpress.com/ I have had some of the best and worst days of my life here, but that’s another post. People are always shocked to find out that I actually enjoy spending time up here, away from shopping malls, Costco, and civilization in general. The house needs work and we’re motivated to get started so I am expecting lots of updates.
